Origami Kusudama

Kusudama is an origami paper model that is created by assembling multiple identical units together. The kusudama originates from ancient Japanese they were popularly used as incense and potpourri, originally being made from bunches of real flowers or herbs.  The word itself is a combination of two Japanese words; Kusuri (meaning medicine) and Tama (meaning ball). They are now typically used as decorations or as gifts.
