Returns & Refunds Policy

1. RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you received the item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Please see section below for items that are not eligible for returns.

To complete your return, please contact us using the form below. Please include your order number, full name, address, contact details and the reason for return, or use the form below. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

2. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the item is returned to us in a used condition where we can no longer resell, we reserve the right to deduct a fee from your refund.

3. LATE or MISSING RETURNS

Depending on your method of payment, a refund can take up to 5 working days from our approval to be processed. If you have still not received your refund after 5 working days, please contact using the form below.

4. ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

These are any items made to your specifics and can include, but are not limited to: origami decorations, paper cut into specific sizes, or written greeting cards.

  • Perishable products (such as food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons) - this includes all earrings
  • Items on sale or clearance items

5. EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for items.

7. GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item(s). Once the returned item is received, you will need to create an account with us and a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

8. DAMAGED and DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us using the form below, within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective items to arrange replacements. Damaged items must either be returned or disposed of at our discretion.

Please do not return an item without our approval first. Please include your name and order number in the returned package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was defective or broken upon receipt.

We recommend that your retain proof of postage as we
cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are returning an item over £20, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service.
